Quanita Dance and Fitness Get up and Move Dvd now available   

 
Hello all,
so we were open Christmas and we will be open New Years day and New Years eve.  We are open 365 days a year.  Why?  Fitness and dancing are a part of our daily life—its a lifestyle….no days off.  Also we have become a community of friends who enjoy each other tremendously.  We share our joy of movement by going to assisted living facilities as we did on Christmas day…we danced and the residents remembered when they danced.  It was an inspired afternoon.  Then back to the studio for more dancing and share in lunch.  All were welcome and everyone danced.  So next time you have no place to go check our schedule or facebook page and come play with us.  If you are new to dance go to the weekly schedule and pick a beginner ballroom class or let us help you choose the best night for you.  386 255 0606.  It’s never too late to become a dancer.

All Zumba fitness classes are 45 min at the end of which you can leave….we however continue on for an extra 10 min  (55 min if you want to stay)…why?  Our goal is to keep you engaged in movement by offering new challenges and experiences.    Those extra 10 min could be ballet basics, stretching, sexy abs, Freestyler, cardio hip hop line dancing, core strength with Freestyler, resistance training, Zen boxing, Chair Yoga, Flirty Fitness, burlesque…all of which we provide.  To our Zumba dance fitness classes we bring style, grace, strength and sex appeal.   We are certified in group fitness thorugh AFAA and all forms of Zumba…we hold extensive credentials and we pride ourselves on providing you with a quality facility and peak experiences.    
 
Monday to Saturday you should bring Zumba toning Stix.   We incorporate at least 3 songs each class.  Why?  Tighter firmer arms, great shoulders, definition in arms requires tension.  Holding the toning stix will help firm, tighten and tone arms and upper body. 
Freestyler class is intense and only on Sunday mornings…think of it as Zumba Boot Camp
