    looking for zumba classes, never been to one and I have some friends interested too. Not really understanding schedule. Is there a zumba class, on Thursday nites?

      zumba classes Monday thru Thursday at 5:30pm, also Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 9:15am in Daytona, Port Orange Gym on Monday at 11:00am, Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00am. First class free, bring water, wear comfortable clothes and sneakers and come join the fun….

    Hello, looking to learn couples dancing for fitness. Salsa, west coast swing and whatever else will get us moving. Schedule is a little confusing. Can you tell us when foundation and starter classes are? Thanks

      We offer beginners classes on Monday and Thursday night at 7:00pm and Sunday at 3:00pm, the classes are 30 minutes long. On Wednesday nights we have a salsa class that starts at 7:30pm and that class is an hour long. If you need more assistance feel free to call (386)255-0606

    I like to dance but I don’t know how to dance. I plan on attending alone, I am overweight. I have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights open, what would be the best classes to take? Your input is greatly appreciated?

      Hi Chenoa, we offer dance classes for beginners on Monday and Thursday night at 7:00pm for 30 minutes and also on Sunday at 3:00pm. No partner is needed. If you like there is also private lessons available. We also have zumba classes Monday thru Thursday at 5:30pm and weekends at 9:15am.
